  • Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring the architecture follows best practices and meets compliance and sector-specific requirements.
  • Define and document architectural principles, standards, and processes, including integration methodologies, security architecture, and data governance strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal IT teams, project managers, and vendor consultants to gather and validate technical and functional requirements.
  • Develop and oversee the integration strategy, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications, directory services, and cloud environments.
  • Lead architectural governance activities, including technical design reviews, architectural review boards, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure robust security measures are embedded, compliant with relevant data protection regulations and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Support user-centric design and effective change management strategies, proactively engaging with user communities.
  • Assist throughout testing phases (SIT, UAT), providing design documentation, test strategy input, and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Manage and mitigate technical risks and issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Facilitate service transition planning, including effective knowledge transfer to operational teams post-implementation.
  • Comprehensive High-Level and Low-Level Architectural Designs (HLD & LLD) specifically for Saviynt EIC.
  • Detailed integration strategies and technical specifications for enterprise systems.
  • Security architecture documentation aligned with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Clearly defined governance processes and architectural review documentation.
  • Risk management documentation tailored to IAM architectural considerations.
  • Documented technical oversight across all implementation phases, ensuring quality assurance.
  • Training documentation and operational handover materials.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IAM architecture, with significant exposure to Saviynt or similar leading IGA solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IAM solutions, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
  • Extensive expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Application/Data Governance.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Personal Attributes:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented, committed to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Resilient and adaptable under pressure, with a proactive approach.
