About Hourglass Impact

Hourglass Impact is a volunteer-led initiative dedicated to supporting founders in sustainability by providing them with free mentorship from industry experts. We help early-stage entrepreneurs navigate challenges, scale solutions, and drive real climate impact.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop & manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to engage sustainability professionals and founders.
2. Create compelling posts about our mentors, founders, and their impact.
3. Grow our online community by increasing engagement, followers, and conversations.
4. Support marketing campaigns for mentorship programs and events.
5. Spotlight success stories from mentees and mentors.
