Job description

As our Social & Community Manager, you will be conceptualising & shooting creative content ideas, influencer campaigns and managing our community - keeping the world ️BLOAT FREE️.

Wild Dose has debloated hundreds of thousands of customers, had over 15,000 reviews and launched in retailers such as WholeFoods & Planet Organic! Wild Dose is on a journey to defeat bloating quickly and we want YOU along for the ride.

As you’ll be joining our small and nimble team, it will be a great opportunity to learn, have creative freedom and experience what a fast growth company feels like! While the title of the job may be Social & Community Manager, you’ll be experiencing a lot more than just social media!

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is for those that have some experience in Social Media, from professional experience within a brand or content house, or that have built up a portfolio personally. We are looking for someone with strong ideas and concepts to create and lead our brand voice through the medium of social media. The key responsibilities are:

  1. Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok for a cohesive feel between platforms.
  2. Plan monthly content and content days to shoot content.
  3. Analyse performance and adapt strategies to optimise creative.
  4. Trendspotting and Social Listening.
  5. Take the lead on community management.
  6. Manage Influencer Campaigns and relationships.
  7. Be really nice to people in our DMs because that’s cool.
  8. Work closely with our team to come up with creative ideas for social posts and photography.

BACKGROUND

We are looking for individuals with at least 1+ years experience who have a clear passion for social media and have the key skills to not just maintain content but to level up a brand. We want to hero and support people who are looking to constantly strive and push the team forward with their ideas and execution.

Simply put, we want good, ambitious people on board our team.

  1. Up to date with the latest trends within TikTok and Instagram.
  2. Content creation.
  3. Great written and verbal communication.
  4. Loves social media and is a creative mind.
  5. Growth mindset - always looking to improve.

  7. Used to and thrives in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
  8. Great attention to detail.

ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS

  1. Experience with key programs such as Canva/Photoshop, CapCut/Video Editing.
  2. Able to shoot content with a keen and critical eye to develop the best assets.
  3. Has made content for and run both Instagram and TikTok content.
  4. Excellent communicator: able to inform, consult and engage all levels across the business - being funny is a plus too.
  5. Achiever: likes to get stuff done and to a high level.
  6. Dreamer: has an imagination that knows no bounds.
  7. Problem-solver: face challenges heads-on with a can-do attitude.
  8. Project manager: set and adapt plans and resources allocation/priorities to our highly dynamic business. Highly analytical, and results-oriented.
  9. Has dealt with influencers or managed social media accounts before (a plus).

DETAILS

  1. London Based.
  2. Work from home and Office split (London) 3 Days in the office (Tue-Thurs).
  3. Pay dependent on experience £26-32k.
  4. Regular Pay Reviews.
