About the team

The FIS Treasury sales team is a group of dedicated professionals focused on helping businesses manage their treasury operations more effectively. They work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions that help investment banks and broker-dealers optimize liquidity, manage cash flow, and enhance their overall treasury management processes.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals dedicated to helping buy-side firms enhance their investment strategies. By providing industry-leading solutions, you'll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech, advancing the way asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors operate and achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking and cold calling to ensure sales quotas are achieved
  2. Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accounts
  3. Developing and executing strategic sales plans for each major opportunity
  4. Participating in sales calls and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other FIS departments to win and close the deal
  5. Building and developing relationships to work with key clients and new prospects at all relevant levels
  6. Reflecting input activity within and maintaining accurate and comprehensive sales database (Dynamics)
  7. Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends
Requirements
  1. Have experience in enterprise technology sales within Software as a Service (SAAS), ideally within the financial services in and/or Europe
  2. Have experience in various sales methodologies such as Value-based selling, Challenger selling, Consultative Selling
  3. Demonstrate ability to maintain an outbound mentality and have the ability to self-generate leads
  4. Have experience effectively managing complex multi-stakeholder sales processes
  5. Industry knowledge within Treasury Management
