What’s involved?

Your main duties whilst working within the kitchen would be as follows:

  • To input into the writing of menus for all food outlets with regular reviews.
  • To assist with the training and development of all departmental staff
  • To maximise yield within the department
  • To liaise with Dept. Managers to ensure exceptional service levels are consistently delivered to guests.
  • Present a welcoming impression to our guests by all staff.
  • To liaise with suppliers, when required, and ensure delivery of commodities to specification agreed from a reputable and traceable source.
