Job description

Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Manufacturing Engineer for a contract role in Brighton.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold British nationality and be willing to undergo basic security checks.
4-5 days per week onsite in Brighton.
6-9 month contract.
Competitive rates, inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the technology transfer of cable harness preparation.
2. Ensuring accurate and compliant processes in cable harness preparation.
3. Providing structured and standardised knowledge transfer.
4. Supporting the continuity and minimising disruptions to ongoing projects.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to achieve project milestones.
6. Maintaining flexibility and cost-efficiency within project timelines.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in electrical manufacturing.
2. Proficiency in cable harness preparation and manufacturing processes.
3. Ability to manage technology transfer and ensure compliance with standards.
4. Excellent communication and documentation skills for knowledge transfer processes.
5. Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
