P142: Architect / Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Formation Architects are seeking to appoint a recently qualified Architect or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its High-end Design and Heritage team in London.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience
2. Excellent designer in the high-end residential sector
3. Planning experience
4. Listed Building experience a bonus
5. Relevant experience in the UK residential sector
6. Strong technical knowledge at detailing stage
7. Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
8. Excellent AutoCAD skills, Revit skills beneficial
9. Flexible and committed attitude to work
10. Fluent in written and spoken English
