This is a fantastic Trainee Commercial Account Executive opportunity in the West Yorkshire market. With a 4-day working week and home-based role, this position offers constant appointments being generated.

Our client is a well-respected and profitable regional independent insurance broker, led by an experienced management team. The company enjoys impressive year-on-year growth, which has led to the creation of this exciting new role.

The firm has a successful track record of helping ambitious brokers develop significant books of business. This is NOT a hardcore sales role, making it a refreshing change from many Trainee Account Executive opportunities in the market.

In this role, you will work with lead generators to secure new business and service those accounts. Your duties will include attending face-to-face meetings with prospects, fact-finding about their businesses, and presenting your findings to the account handling team to broker competitive deals. You will engage with a wide range of industry sectors and insurance programs.

This position would suit a Commercial Account Handler/Broker looking to advance to an Account Executive role.

Essential qualifications include experience within commercial insurance broking and a good working knowledge of all commercial lines, including Property, Liability, and Motor insurance. A passion for winning new business and building relationships is crucial.
