Artemis Human Capital is working exclusively with an innovative and highly successful manufacturing business to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The Role:

In this standalone FP&A role, you will work closely with the Finance Director and senior management team to help shape the company's growth strategy and commercial direction. You will play a key role in providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving business performance through robust financial planning and analysis.

This position is ideal for a hands-on FP&A professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders to influence key business decisions. You will be responsible for delivering in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute directly to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and develop the financial planning and reporting process
Monitor and report on financial performance
Prepare and review the annual budget whilst consulting with the senior management teams across the wider business
Analysis of profitability to understand key profit drivers within the business
Preparation of financial performance analysis and sharing insights with the operational teams.
Assist with ad-hoc projects

The Person:

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Significant experience within manufacturing
Excellent communication skills with the gravitas to influence the executive team
Ability to 'hit the ground running'
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret financial data from multiple sources
