To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:

  • are fluent in Mandarin Chinese
  • have UK property sales experience

What You'll be Doing:

As part of the sales team, you will actively contribute to defining and implementing the sales strategy for the development portfolio.

You will be responsible for delivering sales, as well as managing and exploring external sales channels to ensure that company sales targets are met.

This role requires a customer-orientated, motivated, and engaged individual to provide an exceptional customer journey.

  • Develop and maintain a network of selling agencies, mortgage advisors, and external consultants.
  • Grow the customer database through networking, managing channel agents, marketing campaigns, and sales events to increase sales.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with past and potential customers to facilitate sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to secure repeat business.
  • Prepare reservation paperwork, input data into the CRM system, and follow up on leads and tasks within the CRM.
  • Assist the conveyance manager in progressing all sales through to exchange and completion.
  • Provide senior-level consultancy and advice throughout the customer sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the UK sales and marketing team to create sales and marketing strategies, tactics, and plans.
  • Assist in sales launch preparations and event planning.
  • Prepare market research reports and sales reports against forecasts and targets.
  • Travel overseas when needed to support sales efforts and attend events.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
  • Strong new home off-plan sales experience and management skills in the customer journey.
  • Good experience in a residential property sales role, luxury apartment preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation within the industry.
  • Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently.
  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
  • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.
  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns.
  • Cantonese is a plus.
