Job Title: Part II Architectural – Commercial Team

We are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic Commercial Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for design and a desire to work across a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use developments, hotel, residential, and office schemes. The successful candidate will have strong design skills, proficiency in Revit, and a willingness to work on projects at various stages, including Stages 3 & 4 for commercial projects and Stage 1 for a mixed-use hotel/residential and office scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design development of various projects, including mixed-use, hotel, residential, and office schemes.
• Assist in the production of high-quality design and technical drawings for projects at Stage 3 & 4 and Stage 1.
• Work collaboratively with senior team members and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use Revit to create detailed models, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure design and technical quality are maintained throughout the project.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to design reviews and presentations.
• Assist with the coordination of project documents and the preparation of technical packages.
• Support project teams in meeting deadlines and managing workloads effectively.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Strong design and technical drawing skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, with a solid understanding of 3D modeling and technical detailing.
• Some experience in working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects (a combination of both is a plus).
• A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• An interest in working across all stages of a project, from concept design to technical delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in Stage 1, 3, or 4 of project development.
• Knowledge of other architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Commercial or residential project experience, or a mix of both, would be beneficial.
