Retail Sales Store Manager

We are seeking a retail manager at our busy women's fashion store in Ashburton who is ready to lead an awesome team, drive sales and create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers!

Hours include: Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Leading and coaching our team to success
2. Boosting sales and making sure the store runs smoothly
3. Merchandising and keeping things looking beautiful
4. Tracking performance and coming up with fun ways to improve the store
5. Sharing your stylish knowledge to help customers find exactly what they need

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong organisational, problem solving and computer skills
2. A natural happy leader who loves mentoring and motivating a team
3. A passion for fashion and strong customer service skills
4. Able to lift 20kgs
