Business Architect / Outsourcing Lead – Investment Management - City of London

On behalf of our client, an Investment Management business in London, we’re looking for a Business Architect / Outsourcing Lead for a Consulting engagement to drive operations (middle office and accounting) transformation initiative.

If you have deep expertise in middle and back-office outsourcing in fund management and a track record of Operating Model change, vendor selection, SLA management, and strategic outsourcing initiatives, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define & refine service requirements to align with business goals
• Establish & manage SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks
• Develop & execute outsourcing strategies with senior leadership
• Lead vendor selection, due diligence, and contract negotiations
• Manage change & employee engagement to ensure a smooth transition

Who We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in outsourcing middle & back-office operations in the asset management sector
• Proven ability to evaluate & negotiate with top-tier vendors (JPM, State Street, BNY, Northern Trust, HSS, BNPSS etc.)
• Strong expertise in risk management, operational transformation & change management
• Exceptional strategic planning & stakeholder management skills
