The Green Recruitment Company partnered with a leading investment fund in the renewables sector who are looking for a Construction Director to join their London office.

This position plays a key role in delivering large-scale energy storage/solar projects across the UK on which you'd be taking the lead on from day one. They also offer excellent professional opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading project delivery teams to meet budgets and timelines.
Managing project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Overseeing procurement, contractor onboarding, and negotiations.
Ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery of projects.
Reporting to leadership and coordinating project handovers to operations teams.

I am looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in energy-related construction (e.g., grid connections, battery storage, or solar parks) and strong leadership and project management expertise.
