Are you a driven and energetic relationship builder with a passion for developing partnerships that drive business growth? Do you have a deep understanding of the agency and systems integrator (SI) ecosystem within the SaaS and eCommerce space? If so, we want you on our team!

As our Agency & SI Partner Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving Patchworks’ growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships with digital agencies and SI partners. You’ll collaborate closely with partners to strengthen relationships, create new revenue opportunities, and ensure seamless alignment across teams.

What you’ll do:

  1. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with agencies and system integrators to drive new business opportunities.
  2. Build and strengthen relationships with Partners through Patchworks Partnership Program, driving collaboration, enhancing their experience, and maximising engagement.
  3. Manage the entire partnership lifecycle including commercial negotiations and agreements, from initial lead to the final signing of partner agreements.
  4. Together with the Head of Partnerships, develop and execute strategies that align Partners with Patchworks’ teams across Sales, Product and Customer Success, promoting collaboration and driving mutual success.
  5. Increase Patchworks’ brand visibility by driving co-marketing activities with the Partners.
  6. Drive the success of Partner Channels by providing them with the tools, insights, and support needed to achieve revenue and performance goals.

What you’ll need:

  1. Experience in building partnerships with agencies and system integrators within the SaaS industry.
  2. Good knowledge and insight into eCommerce stakeholders, including agencies, SI, platforms, and software providers.
  3. Proven background in selling SaaS cloud solutions, with a good understanding of eCommerce and retail decision-making dynamics.
  4. Dedicated to driving revenue and achieving results, with a proven track record of setting and reaching targets and providing precise partner forecasts.
  5. Demonstrated success in managing multiple agency and SI relationships, leveraging an established network within the martech industry.
  6. Adept at surpassing quarterly targets by generating leads through partnerships.
  7. Proficient in training internal sales teams to ensure alignment between sales and partnerships, ultimately leading to successful deal closures.
  8. Having a degree-level education is desirable.
  9. Willingness to travel to London and the Midlands as needed.
