The ideal support worker for our client will help to keep him grounded by creating a stress-free environment, by displaying patience in response to his repetitive questions and who will keep him safe. You will help with personal care, medication and patches, cooking and domestic tasks around the home (our client likes things to be clean and tidy). You will need to drive for this role as you will accompany/support our client to enjoy his interests out and about in the community.
