The Opportunity

Our client is home to a number of cutting-edge businesses and is based on an incredible multi-site that combines business and community.

We are looking for a Security Officer who has extensive security experience. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service skills and are also effective when dealing with anti-social behaviours.

You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, and be an integral part of the concierge team.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Full foot patrols of the extensive luxury site
• Front of House duties
• Report writing and gathering intelligence data
• Attending call-outs and identifying key issues, including potential threats
• Working closely with third parties such as local police, retailers, and organisations linked to the site
• Supporting with building a community partnership

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid SIA Licence
• Valid CCTV SIA Licence
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Punctual and reliable
• Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
• Knowledge of the MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
• Resilient and pro-active in your work
