I am looking for someone with a proven track record of success in the FinTech industry; driving and delivering campaigns for FinTech clients at both local and global levels and of all scales and sizes.

The Role
- The Senior Director role sits on the UK Senior Leadership Team, working with a wider group of Directors who lead account teams, impacting culture, implementing processes, and participating in high-level strategic discussions.
- This role owns the overall success and growth of their FinTech offering globally. You will have global responsibility for all FinTech new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of FinTech clients, build out new products and service offerings, manage resourcing across our FinTech accounts & new business opportunities.
- Elevate the visibility of the agency as a trusted advisor in the FinTech space through thought leadership activities, speaking engagements and participation in industry events and conferences.
- Advising senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including client services, creative and digital to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate with targeted audiences and drive measurable outcomes.
- Fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the organisation.
About you
- Proven track record of success in the FinTech industry. You’ll have worked across all dimensions, from BasS to Embedded Finance and Payment Solutions, helping those businesses build, shape and protect their reputation for commercial advantage.
- Demonstrable agency experience is essential; some experience in-house is desirable.
- Strong understanding of the FinTech industry, its regulatory environment, and emerging trends.
- Proven track record of successful client relationships and new business wins.
- You have a strong network, like to attend industry events, and have the ability to put that network to work for you.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build & maintain client relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing comms teams.
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of business globally totaling over $2M annually.
- A proven track record of successfully developing and implementing comms strategies in the FinTech space.
- Experience managing teams and developing career paths for your direct reports.
