Residential Conveyancer

A highly regarded Stoke based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer to join the firm's well established and friendly Residential Property Team.

You will be required to have previous residential conveyancing experience handling a caseload of conveyancing matters including purchase, sale, remortgage, leasehold, right to buy and transfers of equity.

The firm are a traditional law firm offering a supportive working environment with quality repeat work due to the level of service they provide.

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £28,000 - £45,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Duties include:

1. Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters including purchase, sale, remortgage, leasehold, right to buy and transfers of equity.
2. Managing a team of support staff.
3. Taking instructions from clients and giving clear advice on all aspects of the transaction.
4. Investigating title documents, search results and mortgage documentation.
5. Maintaining good relationships with Estate Agents and other legal professionals.
