THIS IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

As the Retail Business Analyst, you work with a diverse team of stakeholders in the business to problem solve, collate and analyse information, then present back potential solutions. The role is primarily focussed on systems that are used by our pubs teams, hotel teams and our central employees and will touch on everything from system integrations, new products and customer journey wins.

We have a great 12 month FTC opportunity for you!

This role is a Senior Professional (PT) salary banding

In your role as Retail Business Analyst you will….

  • Primarily focus on systems that are used by our pubs teams, hotel teams and our central employees and will touch on everything from system integrations, new products and customer journey wins
  • The key to your success will be getting all team members and solution providers focused on a single goal, with each contributor playing their part and buying into the solution. This will include facilitating cross functional workshops to establish and document new processes and ways of working that support delivery of the projects
  • Document requirements across technology, process and operating models, and trace these throughout delivery and testing.
  • Produce business cases that support the justification for change, covering both financial and non-financial objectives
  • Define criteria for success and key performance indicators (KPIs) that will measure or demonstrate whether business objectives have been realised
  • Champion change and gain buy in from key stakeholders across the business
  • Document lessons learned and build this into any further changes that need to take place or improvements to how we work or deliver change as a business

What you’ll bring…

  • A technical qualification in IT systems would be a massive advantage as would Agile project management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a retail environment, preferably within hospitality
  • Tell us about your experience and knowledge of business change processes
  • Azure dev ops/ similar tool experience would be advantageous
  • Ability to document as-is / to-be processes and systems visually and simply for any stakeholder to quickly understand
  • PowerPoint and Excel are a must
  • You’re a strong communicator with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
