My client is a leading Developer within the Property Sector and seeks to create sustainable communities throughout London and the UK. Looking to make a strategic DM hire within the team with full project responsibility, from conception all the way through implementation. The business has a number of major new developments where they will deliver the outline planning consent for large residential-led schemes, employment space, schools, retail, and leisure facilities, all with country parks and green corridors, with outdoor spaces and sports facilities.
Job Description
The Successful Applicant
A highly motivated individual and good communicator possessing excellent planning and development experience. Strong post MRICS or MRTPI qualified relevant experience from a developer or house builder is required along with financial and business awareness.
