Junior Account Manager

A wonderful independent, Kent based advertising agency are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join them.

You may already be a Junior Account Manager looking for your next move or you may be a Senior Account Exec looking to step up. Either way, you’ll be ambitious, full of enthusiasm and passionate about advertising.

You love working as a team but can also take the lead when necessary. You’re confident, love a challenge and like to ‘get stuff done’.

You’ll be liaising directly with clients, managing day-to-day delivery of projects and working closely with other departments across the agency such as the strategy, creative, digital and video teams.

You’ll love your social media as you’ll be helping to manage the agency’s blog and social media accounts (Twitter and Facebook).

And if you love creativity (we hope you do) you’ll be assisting in writing creative briefs, briefing work into the studio, checking artwork and proof-reading. As well as assisting in writing blogs and editing existing client articles.

You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience working in agencies.

This is not a hybrid role, you’ll be in the office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing proposals, estimates, and project timelines.
2. Reconciling budgets and invoicing.
3. Producing client contact reports, action lists and campaign result presentations.
4. Coordinating/booking resources for projects internally and externally.
5. Working on client social media accounts, overseeing the production of content and scheduling ads.
6. Supporting with research for client projects, new business and general prospect/client information.
7. Managing third party relationships and costs, such as printers, production teams and photographers.
8. Supporting with booking media for TV, out-of-home, press, etc.

Shared Agency Responsibilities:

1. Telephone contact point and front of house, greeting clients and guests – presenting the agency on many fronts.
2. Mail, deliveries, couriers and logistics.
3. Database management & communication support.
4. Organising ad hoc office events.
