Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager ready for your next challenge? We're recruiting on behalf of a client for a vital role based in Reading. This is your opportunity to take full ownership of warehouse operations, from managing stock and loan kits to leading a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the warehouse including stock
2. Act as the direct line manager for all employees working in the warehouse area, ensuring effective leadership, training, and motivation
3. Monitor and manage stock levels using SAP, maintaining optimal PAR levels
4. Ensure all demo and loan kits are prepared, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
5. Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
6. Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct training, and maintain compliance to create a safe working environment
7. Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes to boost productivity and reduce errors
8. Manage supplier relationships, returns, and discrepancies
9. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on stock, operational performance, and team productivity

What We're Looking For:

1. Warehouse management experience with a proven track record of leadership
2. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and team management skills
3. Proficiency in SAP, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
4. Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
6. Experience working within the medical industry would be advantageous but not essential
