We are seeking a reliable and caring Care Professional to join our team in Farnborough. In this role, you will be supporting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. You will play a key part in improving the quality of life for our clients and providing peace of mind to their families.
Hours: 16:45 – 21:45 – Monday – Sunday, Alternative Weekends

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
- Companionship: Engage clients in conversation and activities to reduce loneliness.
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take prescribed medications on time.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals based on dietary needs.
- Household Help: Perform light cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Transportation: Assist with errands and appointments.
