Your Job:

• Lead the development and execution of Salesforce DevOps strategies and best practices

• Guide and mentor a talented team, fostering a collaborative DevOps culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, etc.)
• Extensive experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team and driving Salesforce initiatives
• Deep understanding of version control systems, automation tools, and deployment strategies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
