An established industry player is seeking an Interim Management Accountant for their UK operations. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Group Finance Director and oversee daily accounting tasks, including the production of management accounts and payroll management. Interim Management Accountant for a Multi-National Manufacturer in North Manchester

Your new company
A reputable multinational manufacturing business based in Oldham, Greater Manchester.

Your new role
As the Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Group Finance Director and take full responsibility for the daily accounting tasks of the UK business. Your duties will include producing monthly management accounts, providing insightful commentary and analysis to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. You will also assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Additionally, you will manage the UK payroll, ensuring it is completed accurately and on time. During the year-end process, you will support the Finance Director and FP&A team with audit queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with extensive industry experience, ideally within the manufacturing sector. Strong skills in management accounts and Excel are essential, along with the ability to effectively partner with colleagues both on-site and overseas. A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude is a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable working on-site five days a week.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £300 per day. You will report to a highly ambitious Finance Director who is passionate about skilling those around him. You will drive the US entity of a PE Backed Manufacturing business which is experiencing a massive amount of growth.
