Position
Job Title: Business Development Manager (Automotive Apprenticeships)
Location: Remote (with travel between Portsmouth and Weymouth)
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum + generous commission
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within the automotive sector (light and heavy vehicles). You'll tailor your approach to client needs, building strong relationships and positioning Paragon Skills as the preferred apprenticeship provider.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required. Flexibility in working hours and occasional overnight stays are necessary.
