Commercial Excellence and Analytics Business Partner / Manager - UKI - Healthcare - Camberley, UK.
Meet the team:
The Commercial Excellence and Analytics Business Partner (Sr. Manager) will drive the commercial excellence strategy and execution for UKI, reporting to the UKI Commercial Leader and the EMEA Commercial Excellence Leader. This role will enhance growth and profitability by implementing a coordinated commercial excellence strategy aligned with EMEA guidelines.
Your focus will be on collaborating cross-functionally and establishing effective relationships to evolve organisational performance through strategy development aligned to effective performance tracking. With a view on continuously improving customer experience through excellence in commercial effectiveness.
Achieve organisational performance by connecting central initiatives to key activities. Develop dashboards to inform collaborators about current status in sales, market access, inside sales, and marketing. Key commercial performance indicators should include measurement of both leading and lagging indicators of individual and team performance.
Support senior leaders with data analytics for sales and forecasting, requiring a fresh perspective. As the go-to UK lead for all things data, you will be the key connection point to the supporting EMEA commercial excellence, forecasting, and analytics teams, working closely with finance departments.
