Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution: Prospect, negotiate, and close six- to seven-figure outsourcing contracts, focusing on DevOps, Web 3.0, and cloud migration solutions.
- Market Insight: Leverage expertise in the UK and Europe’s IT outsourcing demands to attract business for the firm.
- Network Power: Activate existing relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders in sectors like fintech, healthcare, SMEs, startups, and retail to accelerate deal pipelines.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with our teams in Asia to align client needs with technical execution.
- Brand Leadership: Represent the firm at industry events and digital forums, highlighting our superior value propositions and global affiliate network.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven Closer: 10+ years (could be less for a capable candidate) in IT/outsourcing sales, with a track record of closing deals ranging from mid-size (100K+) to enterprise−level(500K+). Experience working with startups/SMEs is a plus.
- Diverse Network: Strong connections to enterprises, SMEs, and startups seeking cost-effective outsourcing solutions. Ability to identify and grow smaller clients into strategic partners.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Thrives in a 100% commission-based role, balancing high-value enterprise deals with volume-driven SME opportunities. Skilled at tailoring solutions to budget-conscious clients.
- Technical Fluency: Understands software development cycles, cloud infrastructure, and Web 3.0 trends to engage both technical and non-technical decision-makers in startups and SMEs.
- Global Collaborator: Comfortable working with cross-border teams (Asia, UK, Africa) to deliver solutions scalable for businesses of all sizes.
