Social Media Marketing Manager - Global Premium Apparel Brand

Location: Knightsbridge

Salary: £50K - £55K

Join a rapidly expanding premium apparel brand in the lifestyle and sports fashion sector. We are seeking a results-driven and creative Social Media Marketing Manager who will be shaping the global social media presence and driving engagement across the UK, Australia, and the US.

The Role:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn), tailored to multiple territories (UK, AU, US, and beyond).
2. Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives, product launches, and cultural trends.
3. Track, analyse, and report on social media performance against set KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization.
4. Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence and engagement, including facilitating collaborations and gifting.
5. Brief, oversee, and create compelling content, including photography, video, and graphic design, with a focus on capturing content on shoots and events.
6. Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions, with a strong understanding of performance marketing.
7. Establish and refine processes to ensure best practices and efficiencies in social media activities.
8. Work closely with internal creative teams and our Australian office to support campaigns, product launches, and content promotion.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven track record in social media marketing within consumer/lifestyle/fashion/sports brands.
2. Must have agency experience.
3. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
4. Solid understanding of content production processes and experience with content creation and editing.
5. A strong understanding of current social media trends and a passion for identifying new opportunities.
6. Experience working with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.

Salary & Location:

1. £50K - £55K DOE
2. Based in Knightsbridge, London, with a requirement to work in the office 5 days a week from time to time.
