Job Title: Property Loss Adjuster
Location: Covering Newcastle to Middlesbrough and surrounding areas (Home-based)
Salary: up to £60K + Car Allowance

A leading organisation in the insurance sector is seeking to recruit a skilled and dedicated Loss Adjuster to cover the North East region. Responsibilities:

1. Proactively attend site and investigate commercial property claims.
2. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
3. Ensure that claims are handled efficiently and proactively.
4. Engage with various internal and external parties.
5. Adhere to contractual and client SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications:

1. In-depth knowledge of commercial property claims and principles.
2. Experience in an external role.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Good degree of IT competency and literacy.
5. Ideally started CILA or CII exams, or willingness to work towards this with company support.
