We're looking for a proactive and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our workforce by developing and sustaining strong business partnerships with stakeholders across all business units. You'll provide expert advice and guidance across the entire employee lifecycle, while leading the talent acquisition process to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional talent.
This role offers the opportunity to challenge, influence, and coach hiring managers, ensuring a consistent and professional approach to recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities. By working collaboratively, you'll help implement best practices, drive diversity and inclusion efforts, and ensure we build a workforce that reflects our company's values and vision.
