Are you passionate about finding and nurturing the best talent?

We're looking for a proactive and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our workforce by developing and sustaining strong business partnerships with stakeholders across all business units. You'll provide expert advice and guidance across the entire employee lifecycle, while leading the talent acquisition process to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional talent.

This role offers the opportunity to challenge, influence, and coach hiring managers, ensuring a consistent and professional approach to recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities. By working collaboratively, you'll help implement best practices, drive diversity and inclusion efforts, and ensure we build a workforce that reflects our company's values and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering:

  1. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all business units, acting as a trusted advisor on HR and recruitment matters.
  2. Challenge, influence, and coach hiring managers on all people-related matters, providing expert advice.
  3. Collaborate with the Head of HR Operations on strategic projects to support organizational success.

Talent Acquisition:

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
  2. Translate workforce plans into impactful recruitment campaigns that promote diversity and inclusion.
  3. Enhance and further standardise recruitment processes, delivering training for hiring managers to improve consistency and effectiveness.

HR Metrics & Administration:

  1. Provide data-driven insights through HR metrics, designing and delivering reports with actionable recommendations.
  2. Oversee accurate and timely HR administration, ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
  3. Continuously improve HR administration processes to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience.

Employer Branding:

  1. Promote and exemplify the company's values and vision, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Skills:

  1. Strong time management, organisational, and analytical skills.
  2. Ability to influence and coach hiring managers effectively.
  3. Proficiency in HR tools, reporting systems, and recruitment platforms.

Experience:

  1. Proven experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding.
  2. Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis to support decision-making.

Knowledge:

  1. Understanding of best practices in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  2. Awareness of diversity, inclusion, and employer branding strategies.

Specific Qualifications and Training:

  1. Good standard of education up to NVQ Level 4 (or relevant experience).
  2. CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
  3. Willingness to work toward achieving CIPD Level 5.
