About the Company

Russell & Bromley is the destination luxury fashion footwear and accessories brand for the everyday. A leading force in British fashion, we operate over 40 stores across the UK and Ireland.

Combining European craftsmanship with a distinct British aesthetic, Russell & Bromley offers iconic styles and on-trend designs that empower people to feel exceptional every day. Founded in Lewes in 1880 from a love story between Albion Russell’s daughter, Elizabeth, and George Bromley, the business remains family-owned, operated, and proudly independent.

Russell & Bromley is entering an exciting period of growth with Vision 2030, a bold five-year roadmap to fuel future success under the leadership of CEO Andrew Bromley. Strategic priorities include brand and product transformation, expansion of our UK & Ireland retail footprint, and accelerated international growth. This is an exciting time to join, coinciding with the launch of our first seasonal collection with Creative Director Daniel Beardsworth-Shaw and the relocation of our Global HQ to Kingly Street, Soho – now home to our in-house design, creative, and product studios.
