Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Central London

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team located in Central London. This is a temp to perm role, offering an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine electrical maintenance and fault finding across the building's electrical systems.
2. Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.
3. Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, building regulations, and health & safety procedures.
4. Work across both day and night shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off.
5. Manage and maintain electrical installations, wiring, and controls in a historic building.
6. Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality service and ensure the smooth operation of the building.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)

Requirements:

1. Must hold Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and 18th Edition.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and fault-finding techniques.
4. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.

Salary & Benefits:

1. Up to GBP40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
2. Unlimited overtime (paid at competitive rates)
3. Potential for permanent employment following a successful probationary period.
