General Manager

Hiring: General Manager – Creative & Music Studios

(Full-time, 35 hours/week)

Location: East London

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our creative and music studios. This role requires a strong leader with business development expertise, operational management skills, and a passion for driving growth and creative excellence. Experience in the creative or music industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales: Drive revenue growth, pursue new business opportunities, and manage client relationships to exceed expectations.
2. Team Management: Lead a high-performing team, recruit talent, and foster a positive, creative work environment.
3. Operations & Project Management: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
4. Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, and track campaign performance.
5. Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimise pricing models, and ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.
6. Client & Vendor Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring project alignment and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven leadership experience in a senior management role, preferably within the creative or music industries.
2. Strong business development, sales, and marketing skills.
3. Excellent team management and communication abilities.
4. Financial planning and budgeting expertise.
5. Knowledge of industry trends and relevant technologies.
