The Role

As an Experienced Financial Planner, you’ll provide expert financial advice, build and manage your client base, and help people make informed decisions about their wealth. You’ll have the independence to grow your portfolio, backed by our established reputation, infrastructure, and expert support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide independent financial planning and investment advice tailored to client needs.
Build and manage long-term relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
Offer guidance on pensions, investments, estate planning, and financial protection.
Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
Either be at or near Chartered Financial Planner status, with full support for ongoing qualifications.
Hybrid Role – Some office, some home working and client meetings as required.

Who We’re Looking For:

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum) – Must be fully qualified to provide regulated advice in the UK.
Be Chartered or close to becoming Chartered – We actively support further professional development and would want you to progress ’beyond’ Chartered.
Strong relationship management skills – Ability to build and sustain high-value client relationships.
Drive and entrepreneurial mindset – Self-motivated to succeed.
Existing client portfolio or ability to bring clients – Preferred but not essential.
Comfortable using modern technology and advanced IT systems.
