A little bit about the role...

Due to growth within British Offsite, we’re recruiting for an additional warehouse operative. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, handling, storing, packing, and dispatching of varying materials to operational requirements, including warehouse duties.

You will be responsible for:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

1. Safe (un)loading of vehicles/products to necessary timelines
2. Ensure products are safely, timely and accurately stored
3. Ensure the accurate replenishment and secure packaging of products for fulfilment carts
4. Move stock around either by hand or utilising lifting equipment or forklift truck
5. Input data regarding stock and inventory into a Warehouse Management System
6. To ensure warehouse and equipment is kept to the required safe condition
7. To complete paperwork accurately and on time and carry out accurate stock counts
8. To ensure waste is transferred to outside skips safely in a timely manner
9. To carry out any tasks or duties as required for the effective operation of the Company.

What we'd like in return...

As a successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 1 years experience working within a warehouse environment
• Valid licences for Forklift Counterbalance
• Competent use of all relevant software: including a WMS and Gmail
• Health and safety conscious
• Experience in loading and unloading vehicles in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work
