Working Pattern:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending 40% of your time at our above offices.

BCB serves the financial needs of small and medium sized businesses that support our ability to help Britain prosper. Through forward-thinking initiatives and investments, our strategy will help us broaden our offering to new and existing clients, becoming the best bank for business.
We’re looking for a manager to provide insightful, high-quality analysis and evaluation of the control environment in alignment with the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
