Are you an ambitious data-focused Finance Analyst, looking for a value-add role in one of the most exciting companies in the area? If so, you could immediately impact a fantastic business in a permanent Finance Analyst capacity, supporting the FP&A Manager in a commercial and analytical role.

The role:

As a Finance Analyst, you will consolidate and reconcile large data sets across multiple sources to provide a single basis for all reporting purposes. You will also work closely with the finance business partnering team to better inform and advise leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the finance business partner team to own all stakeholder inputs into one single source that can be used to inform and advise senior leaders.
2. Assist in the production and development of a reporting suite using Power BI tools that will provide insightful and accurate dashboards for the wider business.
3. Organise data sets into accessible reports for the finance business partners and wider finance team to perform analysis through key metrics.
4. Work closely with the IT department to leverage ERP information and other data sources into one single finance source.
5. Collate and review KPI’s from across the business to develop and maintain core KPI reporting.
6. Perform ad-hoc analysis based on the business requirements to advise on key decisions.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or AAT Qualified Accountant.
2. Experience in consolidating and reviewing large data sets.
3. Excellent Excel skills, and ideally some Power BI knowledge.
4. Great communication and interpersonal abilities.

The Package & Benefits:

1. Salary: £40,000 - £45,000.
2. Performance-based bonus.
3. 25 days annual leave + bank.
4. Study Package for ACCA/CIMA.
