The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for the development of reports and dashboards to support the management of the Trust's chosen Business Intelligence and dashboard reporting solution. They will assist with the design, development, and maintenance of activity reporting across the Trust, as well as statutory reporting for external agencies.
This will involve collaborative working with the wider Business Intelligence team to embed development and automation in the analyst's daily life. This includes gathering requirements to develop solutions that are of a high standard and meet the demands of both internal and external stakeholders.
The Business Intelligence Developer will ensure development, testing, and deployment work is undertaken to a high standard using the agreed departmental methods and standards to deliver robust solutions with an acceptable level of performance, ensuring that developments are documented appropriately to facilitate cross-team support of solutions. This includes conforming to the agreed change management procedures in place.
The Business Intelligence Developer will support and educate colleagues across the organisation on the Trust Business Intelligence portal, data quality issues, and effective ways of working in relation to Business Intelligence.
