Are you a proven shopper or customer marketing manager with experience in FMCG?

The Advocate Group is partnered with a globally recognised Personal Care brand with huge growth plans! This business is present in over 50 markets and has a growing team of over 300 people globally. As Global Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in growing category visibility and developing impactful omni-channel shopper marketing initiatives.

The Role:

  • Be a thought leader in the business for Shopper Marketing and Consumer-centric thinking.
  • Develop a Global Omnichannel Shopper Activation Strategy, delivering localised impact through occasion-led campaigns.
  • Craft a winning store strategy (Perfect Omni-store) and empower the team and partners with its key principles and performance metrics.
  • Equip local market teams with compelling materials, toolkits, and training for effective commercial and brand performance.
  • Elevate shopper marketing with strategic insights that energise the Category Strategy, influencing portfolio, fixture, and Point-of-Purchase dynamics.
  • Boost sales teams by tailoring Shopper strategies for engaging retailers on Category and Brand plans.
  • Optimise omni-shopper marketing tactics ROI in collaboration with the Net Revenue Management team.

The Person:

  • Currently a Shopper/Trade/Customer/Channel Marketing Manager in a Consumer Goods business.
  • Experience working across multiple markets.
  • Proven success in crafting and implementing omni-channel shopper marketing strategies.
  • Effective influencing, both with internal stakeholders or externally with distributors or retailers
  • Able to work in a multi-functional team and thrive in remote environments.
