Job description
Duties:
- Manage a restaurant kitchen
- Develop new recipes and dishes
- Inventory control
- Prepare traditional Japanese cuisines
- Ensuring plate presentation
- Dealing with customer complaints in relation to food taste/quality
- Modifying recipes upon customers' request and needs
- Ensuring food compliance and regulations are followed during the process.
Experience: Not required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: 5 days in a Week
Salary: £39,999 – £40,000 yearly
