Job Description

A successful global Hedge Fund, launching a crypto desk in London, is looking to hire their most senior trade support specialist specific to the new launch crypto desk.

Joining a bank of crypto specialist traders, the hire will provide hands-on coverage of core operations, broader middle office, trader assistant and risk management tasks, along with oversight of 1-2 juniors that you will help to hire over the next 12-15 months. With such a broad remit, at volume, in addition to working with the trading team on the buildout of new tools and infrastructure, the hire will get very close to the investment process.

Candidates should have 7-10 years of relevant operations/trade support experience, ideally with a more recent focus on crypto/digital assets. A strong academic profile is expected. Advanced tech skills are required, as well as an aptitude and strong desire to learn coding skills to a more advanced standard.

The role will pay a year one £150-200k TC, with significant year-on-year growth promised.
