POSITION SUMMARY
The Night Auditor is responsible for all inquiries by phone or email, while working with other departments to ensure the guest/student receives the best possible Kripalu experience. The Night Auditor also supports the call center and the front desk. This role answers all guest/students' inquiries about online and onsite programming and various amenities. He/she would have the additional responsibility of preparing and performing all the end of day procedures in the Guest Service Department which facilitates all areas of a guest’s experience, including and not limited to pre-arrival, during their stay, and post-stay.
