The Role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Videographer, Photographer, Events Planner, and Content Creator. Based in Media City, Manchester with regular travel to our Liverpool Office (2/3 days per week), this role combines hands-on videography and photography with event planning and content creation to deliver engaging materials that reflect our brand's identity and promote our properties and services.

Responsibilities To Include

• Videography & Photography
  • Capture and produce high-quality video content, including property tours, events, and tenant experiences.
  • Conduct professional photo shoots for properties, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Edit and optimise video and photo content for use across multiple platforms.
• Event Planning & Coordination
  • Organise and manage on-site events, including tenant move-in days, student celebration events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Content Creation & Management
  • Develop engaging content tailored to different audiences for use on social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and quality.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align content strategies with business objectives.
• Show Home Dressing
  • Dress and style apartments as required to ensure they look at their best for content, adverts, and viewings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and event planning.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the property industry is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for this position.

Contract type - Permanent
Hours - favourable working hours of 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
Salary - We offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional paid time off over Christmas. We also give our staff complimentary use of our on-site gyms as well as many social events, awards ceremonies and treats throughout the year.
