Remote Schools Outreach Manager Job at Eximus Education

Eximus Education, an award-winning UK social enterprise, is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Schools Outreach Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role plays a key part in driving business growth through the B2G channel by cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships with state schools. The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the education industry, coupled with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the education space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage with state schools and educational institutions across the UK, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
2. Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with Headteachers, Assistant Headteachers, and other key decision-makers within schools.
3. Present and promote Eximus Education’s tutoring services, emphasising our unique value proposition and benefits.
4. Lead the onboarding process for new schools, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial engagement.
5. Coordinate and conduct school visits, presentations, and meetings to establish and maintain partnerships.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of schools.
7. Represent Eximus Education at educational events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our presence and influence in the industry.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in outreach, sales, or business development roles within the education space.
2. Extensive network within state schools and the broader education industry.
3. Strong understanding of the UK education system, including the specific challenges and needs of schools.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
5. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact.
6. Willingness to travel to various schools and educational events as required.
