LAW Absolute is currently working with a market leading International Law Firm whose non-contentious Restructuring and Insolvency team is currently looking to recruit an associate solicitor to join them on an interim contract basis for at least 3-6 months. The role is to start asap.

The position has come about while the team recruits permanently.

This is a varied and exciting role. You will act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, creditors, and businesses on a range of restructuring and insolvency matters. You will also be heavily involved in advising on all kinds of debt restructurings, including special situations, contingency scenarios, and security issues. You will have a wealth of insolvency experience, particularly in non-contentious matters like administrations and liquidation processes, advising on receivership appointments, director duties, secured lender security, and distressed debt situations, and ideally have a working knowledge and understanding of general banking.
