A global, leading digital consultancy is seeking an ERP focused Product Owner.
The role demands expertise in product ownership and a consultative approach. It necessitates a blend of business acumen and stakeholder engagement, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of ERP products and their functionality.
- This role is remote with occasional travel to client sites in either London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.
- £55,000 - £70,000 budget (depending on level of experience) + £4k bonus + other benefits.
- Experience as a product owner in Agile teams, particularly in integrated application environments (e.g. ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Sage, D365 and others). This experience is essential; please do not apply if you do not have ERP experience.
- Strong expertise in delivering transformation initiatives and implementing Agile and DevOps methodologies in legacy environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building lasting relationships.
- Leadership experience and hands-on knowledge in project management and financial forecasting.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Experience with clients undergoing organizational redesign alongside technology transformations.
- Success in working with offshore teams to deliver high-impact, remote solutions.
- Agile, IT service management, and/or project management certifications.
Key responsibilities
- Driving Product-Centric Transformation: Oversee ERP initiatives from ideation to delivery, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver maximum value.
- Agile Delivery Mastery: Lead Agile transformations, adapt delivery models, and design solutions that combine Agile and DevOps practices.
- Product Ownership Excellence: Use your deep ERP (Oracle, SAP 4/HANA, Dynamics, etc.) knowledge to craft tailored solutions, balancing technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and empower project teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
