Delegated Authority Claims Adjuster

Eames is working closely with a global insurer on the appointment of a Financial Lines Claims Adjuster within their Delegated Authority team. This individual will oversee the insurer’s delegated claims partnerships and will be responsible for offering technical claims handling support, with a focus on Financial Lines.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the first and third-party claims teams to support the oversight of delegated claims partnerships and delegated claims within Financial Lines.
2. Work with the insurer’s Claims Operations team to ensure all delegated authority partnerships are supported.
3. Offer technical claims handling support to various Coverholders and delegated authority partners, with exposure to Property and Casualty classes, as well as Financial Lines.
4. Responsible for using Claims MI and analytics, as well as internal file audits, to measure delegated authority partner’s best practice.

Required Experience:

1. Experience handling a caseload of Financial Lines claims and proven experience in a claims handling role.
