An exciting opportunity to join a multi-CIPD award winning team, looking after approximately 650 staff over seven sites in the Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.


About you

  • Educated to third level, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • OR
  • Minimum 5 years recent experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proven track record in a fast paced and challenging HR environment
  • Hands on experience of employee relations matters and current employment legislation
  • Experience of the development and implementation of best practice and HR initiatives with clear business focus
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Possess a current driving licence and the use of a vehicle for business use or have access to a form of transport that will permit you to meet the requirements of the post


What you'll do

  • Provide professional advice and guidance to Management relating to HR issues
  • Be fully conversant with employment law, and provide advice and guidance to Management
  • Provide generalist HR support to all sites
  • Assist with relocation of International staff
  • Manage HR related administration, including site audits
  • Produce relevant HR reports on a regular and timely basis
  • Assist with the provision of information to the Equality Commission (e.g. annual monitoring return & Article 55 review)
